We measure well-defined and unknown organic solutes, impurities or contaminants that may be present in your sample.

We can work in a highly selective manner focusing on particular compounds of interest. In case no prior knowledge is at hand we can apply an untargeted screening approach.

We confirm the true identity of your solute(s) by determining molecular weight and structure using either your own method or by applying our state-of-the-art platform that is readily available. If needed, we go back to the drawing board to develop a new method from scratch.

We deliver both relative and absolute quantification for all your samples and related impurities, both in simple solutions and complex formulations.

We quantify your compounds of interest using an internal calibrator or reference molecule
by relying on external calibration, or through isotope dilution, achieving the highest sensitivities from several percentages to parts per trillion!

We determine the molecular composition of your sample, allowing an in-depth characterization and help you figure out which molecules are responsible for wanted or unwanted product characteristics, such as aroma, taste, off-flavor or structure.

We can also collect sample fractions of interest using gas chromatography (GC) or liquid chromatography (LC) methodologies. These isolated products can then be further analyzed using – for example – FTIR or NMR or can even be subjected to toxicity or activity measurements and organoleptic or taste evaluation.
